  1. Clean the Battery

After removing the battery from the car, it’s time to clean it. Now it’s time for cable ends to clean corrosion. Apply the same procedure at the end of the cables of the battery.

Use a brush to clean all the corrosion from the battery terminals and cable ends. After removing corrosion, rinse it with clean water. Now it’s time to dry terminals and cable ends of the battery. Now apply some amount of petroleum jelly on battery terminals and end of the cable that will produce electricity between the terminals and the cable ends.

  1. Reconnect the Battery

It’s time to reconnect the battery terminals and battery cables. All you need to have a battery wrench that will help you with the whole process. Connect the positive end first and then negative terminal.
